Are You Suffering From?

If you’re struggling with conditions like heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, flat feet, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, warts, tendinitis, neuropathy, wounds and infections, we’re here to help. Our expert care is designed to provide relief, restore mobility, and address the root cause of your foot problems.

Heel Pain (Plantar Fasciitis)

Bunions

Hammertoes

Orthotics

Ingrown Toenail

Plantar Warts

The plantar fascia, a key foot arch support, bears significant weight during walking or running. It undergoes substantial stress, making heel pain a common complaint. The pain is typically felt beneath the heel, especially during initial steps or after inactivity. Prolonged strain on the plantar fascia causes soft tissue fibers to tear or stretch.
Bunions involve the big toe deviating towards the second toe and a shift in the angle between the first and second metatarsal bones. Over time, the sesamoid bones beneath the first metatarsal head may also deviate as the first metatarsal bone moves from its normal position.
Hammertoes can be flexible or rigid in nature. If they are rigid, it is not possible to straighten the toe out by manipulating it. They tend to slowly get worse with time and often flexible deformities become rigid. Frequently hammertoes develop corns or calluses (a buildup of skin) on the top, side, or end of the toe, or even between two toes.
Orthotic inserts are widely used for off-loading pressure on your feet, so wounds, injuries, and inflammation can resolve. At Stepping Stone Foot & Ankle Specialists, located in King of Prussia, PA, you can get fitted for a pair of custom-molded orthotics, made just for you.
There are three stages of ingrown toenails. In the first stage the skin on either side of the nail is red and painful to the touch because of irritation, not infection. In the second stage the skin is infected and may bulge over the side of the nail which may ooze clear fluid or pus.
Plantar warts can be large and painful, but wart removal provides lasting relief. If you have Plantar Warts, the skilled podiatry team at Stepping Stone Foot & Ankle offers several types of wart removal, including powerful topical creams and cryotherapy. Find out more by booking an evaluation at our practice location in King of Prussia, PA today.

My son has issues with growing pains in his heel and Dr Wendy suggested insoles. The insoles have really helped. He plays a lot of sports and would be really sore after certain practices or games. He is now pain free.
